OUR STORY
The initial production of these pins was crowdfunded by the amazing Kickstarter backers of “Here Be Dragons: Loud and Proud“!
When Nerdsmith community member and artist Autumn Blaze designed a dragon egg emoji for our TTRPG livestreams and Discord server, it became so beloved that we personally financed a small run of enamel pins to sell as merch. We adore these rainbow pins so much that we ran a Kickstarter campaign to produce a full line of Dragon Egg Pins in even more LGBTQIA+ pride colors!
The Nerdsmith Network is made up of people with many diverse identities. Most of our community members identify as LGBTQIA+, and we are all allies of human rights. At the Nerdsmith Network we regularly organize charity events to support mental health and equal rights causes such as The Bail Project. In particular, we love to support the incredible life-saving work of The Trevor Project.
